Civic Engagement and Participation




SouthWest NuStop Recovery and Educational Center (SWNSREC) encourages its members to become involved in the political process and the issues that affect them.  This coming together—as a collective voice—shape and change the political and non-political decisions that impact the quality and costs of resources.  With a focus on the rights of our members, SWNSREC seek to shape policy and reform institutions that best serve our constituency and members. 


SWNSREC provide active oversight over two grass roots efforts that are the embodiment of our commitment to civil engagement and participation:
